New article

New article entitled “β-Ga2O3 nanowires and thin films for metal oxide semiconductor gas sensors: Sensing mechanisms and performance enhancement strategies” is published in Journal of Materiomics. It presents a comprehensive study of the gas sensing mechanisms, properties, and applications of nanostructured β-Ga2O3-based semiconductor gas sensors. Read it here.

Dr. Afzal dedicates this article to the memory of his doctoral thesis examiner – Dr. Claus-Dieter Kohl (1945–2017) – Professor of Physics at Justus-Liebig-Universität Gieβen, Editor of the book entitled “Gas Sensing Fundamentals” (Springer-Verlag, 2014), and a brilliant scientist to work in the field of gas sensors. Rest in peace, Prof. C.-D. Kohl.
